Executive Workforce Analytics

From Raw HR Data to C-Suite Insight

Identified an executive reporting gap, proposed the solution, and built a repeatable workforce dashboard that became an ongoing C-suite reporting resource.

01
The challenge

What needed to change.

In a developing organization without established executive HR reporting, workforce data existed but leaders did not have a repeatable way to interpret headcount, separations, recruiting activity, demographics, and other trends without working through raw HR data.

02
My role

What I did.

  • Identified the reporting opportunity and proposed the concept to the VP of HR.
  • Selected workforce measures that would be meaningful to executive leaders.
  • Structured source data and developed calculations and visualizations.
  • Validated outputs and refined the reporting experience.
  • Established a repeatable process for ongoing updates and executive reporting.
  • Translated HR data into concise business insight rather than presenting raw extracts.
03
The solution

Built for practical use.

The dashboard consolidated workforce information into a consistent reporting view so leadership could understand organizational conditions and trends more quickly. The project demonstrated how existing HR data could be converted into business intelligence without waiting for a formal reporting program.
